Miss Amanda Wilson - Amanda, aka Panda, aged 25, is in partnership with Sophie Burrell. Their bar and restaurant group recently launched Snatch @ The Water Rat, a bar on the King's Road specialising in Lebanese cuisine, where fresh, crisp lettuce is one of the principal ingredients. Panda's other passion is three-day-eventing. She is a former member of the British junior three-day-event team and has competed at Badminton and Burghley.
