Miss Lucy Higgins - Lucy, aged 21, is the younger daughter of Mr and Mrs William Higgins of Burchett's Green, Berkshire. Educated at Heathfield School, she is currently on her year abroad from Bristol University, where she is reading Russian and Spanish. Lucy has just left for Buenos Aires, where she will work for a petrochemical company, before travelling to Moscow to study at a language school. She will return home via the Trans-Siberian Railway.
