Aged 25, she is opening a seafood restaurant and oyster bar called Catch at 158 Old Brompton Road in mid October. Since graduating in 1997 from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, she has established her own cashmere company, and in her spare time plays polo internationally and models for top designers..
