Miss Julia Bridgwater is the owner of Conghurst Vineyard, Hawkhurst, Kent, where from less than an acre of vines she produces, in a good year, up to 3,500 bottles of wine, made for her by a local winery. Her 1990 blush (light rosé) won a bronze International Wine Challenge award. Her 1992 offering was a lightly oaked dry white, the '93 will be an off dry blush.
