Miss Katherine Outhwaite - Katie, aged 19, is the elder daughter of Mr and Mrs Richard Outhwaite, of Le Courtillet, St Martins, Guernsey. She has just finished her second year reading politics at the University of Dundee, and hope to pursue a career in politics. A keen violinist, she was a member of the Channel Islands Youth Orchestra, and now plays in both the Guernsey and Dundee Symphony Orchestras.
