Miss Annabel Ballin - Annabel, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs Bertie Ballin of Upper Lambourn, Berkshire, is engaged to be married to Sam Waley-Cohen, second son of Mr Robert and the Hon Mrs Waley-Cohen of Upton Viva, Oxfordshire. They will be married on June 11, 2011. Annabel is director of Hats and Bells, children's party food and planning.
