The Hon Philippa Cadogan - Philippa, aged 17, is the daughter of Viscount and Viscountess Chelsea of Chelsea, London. She is studying for AS Levels at Heathfield St Mary's, and hopes to pursue a career in fashion. Philippa is photographed on Old Bond Street for London Fashion Week wearing an outfit by Luella and jewellery by Adler, both designers she wore to the Crillon Ball.
