  • Identity: Ruby Hardinge (1897–1977), daughter of Henry Hardinge, 3rd Viscount Hardinge of Lahore and Kings Newton, and Mary Frances Nevill.
  • Marriage: She married Major Frederick George Beaumont-Nesbitt, M.C. of the Grenadier Guards on March 1, 1928.
  • Wedding Details: Her brother, the 4th Viscount Hardinge, travelled from Canada to give her away. She wore an ivory satin gown with a train of point de Venise lace.
  • Family: The couple had three children:

    • Dermot Beaumont-Nesbitt
    • Brian Beaumont-Nesbitt
