Miss Annabelle Milne - Annabelle, younger daughter of Mr and Mrs John Milne of Castle Godwyn, Gloucestershire, is engaged to be married to Stephen Minnis, son of Mr and Mrs Thomas Minnis of Kilmarnock, Ayrshire. They will be married this Saturday in the Cotswolds. Annabelle's mother appeared on the Frontispiece in July 1969.
