Miss Lucy Rivers Bulkeley - Lucy, 25, is the eldest daughter of Lt-Col and Mrs John Rivers Bulkeley, of Bosherston, Pembrokeshire. She is organising a night of Halloween Hedonism at Po Na Na Hammersmith on Thursday, October 31, in aid of the Cancer Vaccine Institute and the Brain Research Trust.
