Miss Arabella Scott - Arabella, the only daughter of Mr and Mrs David Scott of Rackenford Manor, Devon, is engaged to be married to William Barrie, the only son of Mr and Mrs David Barrie of Barnes, SW13. They will be married at St Peter's Church, Tiverton, Devon, next month. She is photographed at home with her dog Zulu.
