Miss Sophie Outhwaite - Sophie, aged 24, is the younger daughter of Mr and Mrs Richard Outhwaite of Le Courtillet, Guernsey. Sophie read Economics at the University of Reading and now works for an investment-management firm in Mayfair. She plays the cello and sings, and has recently performed Verdi's Requiem with The Midland Festival Chorus in Worcester Cathedral.
