Miss Victoria Wilkinson - Victoria, who celebrates her 17th birthday today, is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Mark Wilkinson, of Brook House, Bromham, Wiltshire. Currently studying for A levels at Dauntsey's, she hopes to become a marine biologist. One of her forebears was Captain Hardy, the captain of HMS Victory; her father commissioned the model of HMS Victory.
