Miss Kate Hulbert-Powell - Kate, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Charles Hulbert-Powell of Old Place Farm, East Sussex, is to be married to Francis Binney, elder son of Mr and Mrs Marcus Binney of Domaine des Vaux, Jersey. They are to be married at St Lawrence Parish Church, Jersey. Kate's grandmother, Elizabeth Buxton, appeared on the Frontispiece on September 13, 1946.
