Lady Rose Leveson-Gower (née Bowes-Lyon) was the sister of Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother, making her the maternal aunt of Queen Elizabeth II.

• Marriage: She married William Spencer Leveson-Gower, later 4th Earl Granville, in 1916.
