Miss Rebecca Steels, younger daughter of Mr and Mrs Andrew Steels, of West Cottage, Odiham, Hampshire, is to be married to Mr Simon Brewer, elder son of the late Mr Keith Brewer and the late Mrs Patricia Brown, of Dura Den, Cupar, Fife. Rebecca, who works in PR, is pictured here at William Kent House at The Ritz, where their wedding reception will be held.
